The Webber Independent School is an Independent ISI day school for children aged between 6 months and 16 years and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All staff are expected to share and support this commitment, and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate with the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Current Roles

Nursery Room Leader - Full Time

£25,000 a year – Permanent, Full-time

We are excited to be expanding our Nursery and are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader to lead the practice and guide our Pre Reception Room in their school readiness. Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher wanting a new challenge where you can see the hard work you put into your students flourish for years to come? As a through-school, you will be able to set the foundation for learning you will be able to follow for years!This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual looking for a new challenge. The appointed candidate will hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare, with knowledge of safeguarding and first aid. Knowledge of the EYFS is essential. You’ll be a good role model to your team, providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care to the children under your supervision.

The nursery is a provider of high-quality childcare and education for young children within a fun, stimulating, and safe environment; working in close partnership with parents as well as providing a differentiated framework for learning to meet children’s individual needs.

Nursery Practitioner - Full Time x 2

£23,795.20 a year – Permanent, Full-time

We are excited to be expanding our Nursery and are looking for two passionate individuals to join our Pre Reception Room looking for a new challenge. The appointed candidate will hold a qualification in childcare, with knowledge of safeguarding and first aid. Knowledge of the EYFS is essential. You’ll be a good role model to your team, providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care to the children under your supervision.
