Admissions

The Webber Independent School Welcomes Girls & Boys from 3-18 Years of Age.

We are very pleased that you are considering sending your child to The Webber Independent School, we would be delighted to welcome you to the School for a visit.  This will give you the chance to meet our students and teachers, see our facilities and experience the warm atmosphere we enjoy here.

We hope that you will then decide to register your child for a place, and having done that, we will invite them to come for two consecutive days to give them a taste of school life and to complete our Entrance Assessments and some brief interviews, verbal reasoning / non-verbal reasoning and English Skills as well as partaking in normal lessons.

A confidential report from the Head of your child’s current school and their last two full academic reports will also help us in deciding whether we are able to offer you child a place.

Our Admissions Process begins with a parent visit to meet our Principal and to tour the School.  Parents may then complete the Registration Form which is followed by a student Taster and Assessment Days.  Hopefully your child will enjoy their time with us and we can finalise the admissions paperwork and an offer is formally made.  For more information please contact our Admissions Team who will be happy to help.

Year 10 and 11 Admissions – GCSE

In addition to the above Admissions process, you will also meet with the Vice Principal and Head of Secondary School to discuss your child’s GCSE Options for Year 10 and where applicable course, specification and coursework matches for entry into Year 11.

We offer the opportunity to apply for scholarships to those students who demonstrate academic excellence.  For further information please contact the Admissions Team.
